Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales via Simplys broker portal and support broker onboarding
• Sell and retain SME group cover clients through various channels
• Generate leads through online tools, cold outreach, and referrals
• Meet with clients via phone, in-person, Teams, or Zoom
• Maintain long-term broker and client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service and delivery

Requirements

• Matric and RE5 (required)
• Undergraduate degree or diploma (advantageous)
• Minimum 1 year of recent insurance sales experience (required)
• B2B sales experience (required)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (required)
• CRM and digital sales proficiency
• Based in Cape Town
• Valid drivers license and own transport (preferred)
