The Role: PPC Search Campaign Manager
This role is part of the growing Performance Media division, managing paid search campaigns across Google (SA360) and Microsoft Ads. You will lead campaign strategy, setup, optimisation, and reporting—working closely with internal teams and international partners to deliver impactful results across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on PPC campaign experience

Build and launch Search campaigns in Google (SA360) and Microsoft Ads

Structure campaigns with correct match types, budgets, targeting, and pacing
-
Implement accurate tracking (UTMs, conversion tags, data governance)

Monitor daily performance, pacing, and delivery

Optimise bids, keywords, budgets, and audience targeting

Run A/B tests and support testing roadmaps

Produce weekly/monthly reports and post-campaign analysis (PCAs)

Present insights to internal teams and external stakeholders

Use Looker Studio or similar tools for performance dashboards and reporting
About You

3–4 years experience in paid search campaign management

Proficient in Google Search (SA360) and Microsoft Ads

Strong technical understanding of campaign setup, optimisation and tracking

Comfortable building reports and presenting insights to clients

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in improving campaign performance

Experience with Looker Studio or similar analytics/reporting platforms
-
Able to work independently while collaborating across teams and time zones
