The Role: Butler
As a Butler, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences. This role combines professionalism, warmth, and precision, and ensuring each guest enjoys seamless, personalized service throughout their stay. You'll anticipate needs, manage requests with discretion, and uphold the highest standards of presentation and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, attentive service to all guests.

• Coordinate daily room, dining, and guest activity needs.

• Anticipate guest preferences and ensure seamless experiences.

• Support bar, dining, and housekeeping teams where needed.

• Uphold 5-star service standards and lodge presentation.

• Handle guest queries with professionalism and discretion.

About You

• 3 to 5 years of experience in 5-star hospitality or luxury service.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail, presentation, and guest care.

• Barista or mixology experience is a plus.

• Professional, discreet, and passionate about delivering excellence.
