About This Role
The incumbent will provide a full range of administrative duties including, but not limited to answering a multi-line phone and ensuring inquiries are addressed efficiently; scheduling and coordinating meeting logistics; creating and maintaining databases; coordinating office maintenance; maintaining office supplies and preparing and proofreading documents and reports.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Additional Information:
Full-time/Part-Time job
Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
