Junior IVF Doctor /Reproductive Endocrinologist | Tbilisi, Georgia

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading reproductive medicine clinic in Tbilisi, Georgia, seeking a junior Fertility Doctor or ObGyn with Russian, Ukrainian and English languages to join their specialist team.

The clinic is an internationally oriented centre providing advanced IVF and reproductive endocrinology services to patients across the Caucasus region and beyond. The successful candidate will benefit from direct mentorship by a highly experienced senior Reproductive Endocrinologist and OBGYN as part of their professional development.

The Role

You will be supervised and trained in the management of a full scope of reproductive endocrinology cases, from initial consultation and diagnostic workup through to IVF treatment cycles and embryo transfer. The role will include patient assessment, treatment planning, ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and collaboration with embryologists and nursing staff to optimise cycle outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate

This role is specifically suited to a clinician who can speak Russian, Ukrainian and English, and who is looking to advance their career in a supportive, mentorship-led environment.

• Medical degree and clinical training 
• Minimum 1 year of obstetrics and gynaecology experience
• A firm understanding of Reproductive Medicine
• Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care
