Job Summary:
We are seeking a Healthcare Sales B2B Representative who will handle customer and client communications through inbound/outbound calls and emails while supporting appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and health plan enrollment. This role combines customer service with B2B sales by prospecting healthcare organizations, building relationships with decision-makers, presenting services, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will conduct needs assessments, provide HIPAA-compliant solutions, maintain accurate records, and keep the CRM updated. Success in this position requires strong communication, organizational, and closing skills, along with a motivated, goal-oriented mindset and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails for customer and client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and assist with health plan enrollment.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct B2B prospecting and qualification of healthcare organizations (clinics, hospitals, practices).
- Build relationships with decision-makers and present services.
- Conduct needs assessments while providing HIPAA-compliant solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Update CRM and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Perform other tasks related to the position.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills and high energy level.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales.
- Ability to think creatively and develop out-of-the-box strategies.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and presenting new approaches, methods, and ideas to leadership.
- Strong ability to close deals effectively.
- Understanding of HIPAA-compliant practices, highly preferred.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Friendly, engaging, and approachable personality.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, platforms, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
