Job Summary:


We are seeking a Remote Dental CAD/CAM Support Technician to provide technical support and user assistance for digital dental technologies, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software, milling systems, and 3D printing equipment. This role supports dental laboratories and clinics by troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through digital workflows, and helping ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate has experience with digital dentistry technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who enjoys helping customers, learning new technologies, and working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for dental CAD/CAM systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely.
  • Train users on digital dental workflows and software.
  • Support workflow optimization and case production processes.
  • Manage support tickets and document resolutions.
  • Assist customers with basic software setup and updates.
  • Answer customer questions and provide guidance on system use.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when needed.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent professional and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM dental software (Exocad, 3Shape, or similar).
  • Knowledge of dental milling, 3D printing, and digital dental workflows.
  • Understanding of dental anatomy, zirconia, Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA), and implant restorations.
  • Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with dental technology and equipment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in a dental lab or CAD/CAM environment preferred.
  • Certified Dental Technician (CDT) certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with implant workflows and digital dentistry technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
