Remote Software Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Remote Software Developer to support the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal management software systems. This role involves building scalable web applications, developing new features, troubleshooting and optimizing system performance, and collaborating on ongoing product enhancements. The ideal candidate has strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern development environments such as Vite, along with the ability to understand the full product scope and execute independently. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills, a highly accountable mindset, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable software features and applications.
• Assist in building and improving management software systems.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal functionality.
• Monitor and maintain system stability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team on product enhancements, updates, and technical improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
• Integrate and maintain APIs, third-party services, and frontend/backend components.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and system updates as needed.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and teammates.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SaaS software development, with experience at the mid-level or senior developer level.
• Strong experience building scalable web applications.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience.
• Experience working with Vite.
• Ability to understand the full product scope and execute independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ownership mindset and proactive approach to responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Trainable, adaptable, and able to learn new systems and workflows quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
• Out-of-the-box thinker with a highly accountable, reliable, and detail-oriented approach, along with strong self-motivation and confidence.
• Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.

• 100% remote work.
• Compensation in USD.
• Full-time position with 40 hours weekly. Mon-Fri from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
