Job Summary:
Were seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Director to build and lead a world-class marketing function from the ground up. This person will be responsible for driving full-funnel marketing initiatives, managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing conversion paths, and leading a growing team of marketers and contractors. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Marketing Strategy.
- Build a comprehensive marketing plan from the ground up that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns.
- Launch, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, SEO, and email to target e-commerce sellers effectively.
- Create High-Impact Marketing Assets.
- Oversee the production of landing pages, demo videos, ad creatives, and sales collateral that support the customer journey and sales funnel.
- Lead and Grow a Marketing Team.
- Hire, manage, and mentor marketing contractors or full-time team members, ensuring alignment and productivity across projects.
- Track Performance & Managing Budgets.
- Set and monitor KPIs, analyze marketing data, and manage a performance-based budget to ensure efficient and impactful spending.
- Other responsibilities related to the position.
Qualifications:
- Advanced English level required.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related career.
- Strategic Marketing Planning
Ability to build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy from scratch, aligning with business goals and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Digital Campaign Management
Proficiency in launching and scaling campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and SEO with a focus on performance and ROI. - SaaS Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Deep understanding of SaaS lead-gen tactics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel development (especially BB funnels - bottom of funnel) tailored to e-commerce merchants. - Creative Content Development
Experience creating compelling assets: landing pages, videos, ad creatives, and one-pagers that convert across different stages of the buyer journey. - Team Leadership & Budget Management
Strong leadership to grow and manage a marketing team or contractors, alongside handling a performance-based budget and setting measurable KPIs. - Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in marketing leadership roles, with a strong track record of executing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Industry Expertise: hands-on marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or a related digital-first environment.
- Strong References: Able to provide references from previous employers or clients that validate past performance and reliability.
- Currently Engaged Professional (Preferred): Ideally, someone currently employed in a similar role who is open to transitioning for the right opportunity.
- Senior-Level: Were looking for a seasoned marketing professional who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately.
