Job Title: Customer Service Agents
Job Summary:
This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality support and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and managing every interaction with professionalism and care. You will be expected to uphold strong phone etiquette, maintain a customer-first mindset, and consistently provide exceptional service that enhances the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information via phone and/or email.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or provide additional support.
- Assist customers with account setup, order processing, or service enrollment.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and updating customer records.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in internal systems.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, courteous, and empathetic communication.
- Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Adhere to company standards for confidentiality, professionalism, and service quality.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Advanced English Level.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 4 years old.
- Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
