Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Meeting Minutes Taker to accurately document discussions, decisions, and action items during meeting sessions. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, is a quick learner, works efficiently, and demonstrates creative thinking in structuring and summarizing discussions. This role is critical in ensuring that key information is recorded and communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings and take clear, accurate notes.
  • Capture key discussion points, decisions, and action items.
  • Organize and format meeting minutes professionally for easy reference.
  • Distribute meeting minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Follow up on action items and update records as needed.
  • Assist with agenda preparation and meeting coordination if required.
  • Apply creative thinking to improve note-taking and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced English level required.
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership of tasks and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Highly organized and efficient in managing and structuring information.
  • Strong and efficient writing skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate meeting details.
  • Quick learner, able to grasp complex discussions and summarize them effectively.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to enhance documentation and clarity.
  • Proficient in using digital tools for note-taking, transcription, and collaboration.
  • Capable of working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or meeting transcription software, with comfort in using essential software for documentation.
  • Experienced with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and familiar with commonly used online platforms for meetings (highly preferred).
  • High Level of Discretion and Professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
