Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Amazon Assistant with strong experience in e-commerce operations and design. The ideal candidate should be able to execute tasks independently, manage various aspects of an Amazon store, and contribute to design-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on Amazon.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
  • Handle order processing, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Execute tasks independently while ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce product images, A+ Content, and marketing materials.
  • Create and edit promotional content, including banners, infographics, and social media assets.
  • Monitor competitor listings and suggest improvements to enhance visibility.
  • Assist in launching and managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze sales reports and customer insights to optimize product performance.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other team members as needed.
  • Quickly adapt to new tasks and challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with designers without requiring deep technical expertise in design.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Intermediate English Level.
  • Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to execute tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic to intermediate design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with PPC, SEO, and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
