Job Summary
This role is ideal for a front-end developer with experience integrating VoIP platforms (like Twilio or 3CX) into web-based tools. Youll focus on building and maintaining interfaces that support call handling, live status, and agent toolsnot on server or PBX configuration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop front-end dashboards and interfaces for VoIP systems

  • Display call logs, agent activity, and live call status using APIs

  • Collaborate with back-end and VoIP engineers to ensure smooth integration

  • Optimize UI/UX for call center tools and real-time monitoring

  • Troubleshoot UI issues and improve performance

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar frameworks)

  • Experience with VoIP APIs (Twilio, 3CX, or similar)

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and WebRTC

  • Ability to turn complex workflows into user-friendly interfaces

  • Self-motivated and good communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in real-time web applications

  • Familiarity with call center platforms

  • Basic understanding of SIP/WebRTC (from a front-end perspective)

Requirements

  • Two monitors and a high-speed fiber or Starlink internet connection

  • Must be available 95 EST, MondayFriday
