Job Summary
This role is ideal for a front-end developer with experience integrating VoIP platforms (like Twilio or 3CX) into web-based tools. Youll focus on building and maintaining interfaces that support call handling, live status, and agent toolsnot on server or PBX configuration.
Key Responsibilities

Develop front-end dashboards and interfaces for VoIP systems

Display call logs, agent activity, and live call status using APIs

Collaborate with back-end and VoIP engineers to ensure smooth integration

Optimize UI/UX for call center tools and real-time monitoring

Troubleshoot UI issues and improve performance
Qualifications

Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar frameworks)

Experience with VoIP APIs (Twilio, 3CX, or similar)

Familiarity with REST APIs and WebRTC

Ability to turn complex workflows into user-friendly interfaces

Self-motivated and good communication skills
Nice to Have

Experience in real-time web applications

Familiarity with call center platforms

Basic understanding of SIP/WebRTC (from a front-end perspective)
Requirements

Two monitors and a high-speed fiber or Starlink internet connection
