Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Kitchen Designer with expertise in 3D rendering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces, utilizing AutoCAD and other industry-standard design software. The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to create customized kitchen layouts and high-quality renderings that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design kitchen layouts using AutoCAD, 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit), and other design tools.
  • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations to present design concepts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to create customized kitchen designs.
  • Ensure that kitchen designs comply with local building codes and ergonomic standards.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, cabinetry, and appliances for the designs.
  • Work closely with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure accurate implementation of kitchen designs.
  • Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation and organize design files systematically.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in kitchen design, materials, and technology.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Advanced English Level.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in 3D rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or Blender.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen design principles, space planning, and ergonomics.
  • Experience in creating realistic 3D renderings and visual presentations.
  • Knowledge of kitchen cabinetry, appliances, and material selections.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VR walkthroughs and interactive 3D visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of lighting and rendering techniques for high-quality presentations.
  • Prior experience working with kitchen showrooms, interior design firms, or remodeling companies.
