Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Management Professional who is an out-of-the-box thinker and thrives with minimal supervision. This individual will lead projects, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance project management processes across the organization. The role requires strong knowledge of project management frameworks, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes. Experience in Intake and Health is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and timelines.
  • Support the development and application of project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and/or others preferred).
  • Provide guidance to project teams, helping to improve efficiency and coordination.
  • Identify potential risks, support mitigation efforts, and assist in resolving project challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in project audits, reporting, and workflow optimization to enhance productivity.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing by supporting team members with best practices.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, stay within budget, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.) to track tasks, document progress, and report updates.
  • Other responsibilities related to the position.

Qualifications:

  • Upper Intermediate to Advanced English level required.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Must be proactive, and highly organized with strong attention to detail to efficiently manage information, documentation, and scheduling, among other elements.
  • Experience Required: Must have experience as an Intake Specialist and in the healthcare industry.
  • Leadership skills with a willingness to grow in strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience in project management, with exposure to leading projects or assisting in project execution.
  • Experience in purchasing and procurement processes (preferred).
  • Experience working with teams and supporting team coordination (team management experience is a plus).
  • Ability to follow processes while maintaining flexibility for innovation.
  • Comfortable reviewing and interpreting project reports to support decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support risk management efforts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project, any other) for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, or others - preferred).
