We are seeking a talented VoIP Developer to join our team and help optimize and enhance our client VoIP infrastructure.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced VoIP Developer to design, implement, and maintain our VoIP systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SIP protocols, PBX systems, and cloud-based VoIP solutions. You will work closely with our IT and operations teams to ensure seamless communication services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain VoIP systems, including Asterisk, FreePBX, Kamailio, and other SIP-based solutions.
  • Design and optimize call routing, IVR, and call-handling logic.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP-related issues, including latency, jitter, and packet loss.
  • Integrate VoIP solutions with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and other business tools.
  • Implement security measures to protect VoIP infrastructure from fraud and attacks.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and improve call quality.
  • Develop APIs and automation scripts for VoIP systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest VoIP technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a VoIP Developer or Engineer.
  • Proficiency in SIP, RTP, WebRTC, Asterisk, FreePBX, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud-based VoIP solutions such as Twilio, Plivo, or Amazon Connect.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting, including firewalls, NAT traversal, and QoS.
  • Programming experience in Python, PHP, JavaScript, or C is a plus.
  • Experience integrating VoIP with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zingtree, or custom solutions).
  • Familiarity with Linux-based systems and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VoIP billing systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven call routing and speech analytics.
  • Certifications such as CCNA Voice, FreePBX Certified Administrator, or similar.
