Job Title: Billing Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Customer Service Representative with experience in property management and working knowledge of the Foleo app. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate billing while delivering top-tier customer service to internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing-related inquiries and provide accurate information via phone and/or email.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and updating customer records.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, courteous, and empathetic communication.
- Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate support.
- Review, verify, and process invoices, payments, and account adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize the Foleo app to manage billing workflows, documentation, and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with account information, statements, and billing support.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in internal systems.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow enhancements.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Advanced English Level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a billing or customer service role and/or within property management.
- Proficient in using the Foleo app (or similar property management/billing platforms) preferred but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of common property management billing practices (e.g., rent, late fees, maintenance charges).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Must have a Windows computer (Windows 10 or newer) that is less than 4 years old.
- Two monitors and a high-speed fiber network or Starlink internet.
