Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual ABA Intake Sales Representative to manage leads, handle client communications, and support sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, be knowledgeable in ABA Intake (Applied Behavior Analysis)-related functions and workflows, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities. A genuine passion for therapy, healthcare, and wellness services is highly valued. Responsibilities include responding to calls and emails, following up on leads, closing sales efficiently, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Candidates should be tech-savvy and ideally familiar with CentralReach, Zoho, or Reputation Evaluation, and able to work independently with professionalism and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lead center by handling incoming calls and responding promptly to emails.
- Process and organize leads from multiple sources, ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries.
- Conduct and close sales calls effectively to meet conversion goals.
- Access, update, and utilize all relevant platforms and systems for efficient lead management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and communications.
- Track and report lead performance metrics to support sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Perform other tasks related to the position.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficient level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, internal leaders, providers, and potential clients.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills and high energy level.
- Proven experience in sales. This is a must-have.
- Proven experience in ABA Intake (Applied Behavior Analysis) roles. This is a must-have.
- Strong ability to close deals effectively.
- Friendly, engaging, and approachable personality.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Genuine passion and interest in therapy, healthcare or wellness services.
- Availability to work on weekdays and Sundays.
- Professional phone and email etiquette and customer service mindset.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ideally familiar with Central Reach, Zoho, and Reputation Evaluation; experience with any intake software is acceptable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
