Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Senior Executive Architectural CAD (2D/3D) to lead and oversee all aspects of drafting and design coordination, documentation, and technical drawing management; this role requires a strategic professional with strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and extensive experience in architectural CAD operations, responsible for guiding the preparation, coordination, and quality assurance of 2D and 3D drawings across architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines; serving as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure all drawings and documentation meet project requirements, design standards, and approval timelines; the ideal candidate demonstrates advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, strong architectural knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with precision, efficiency, and executive oversight to support the companys operational and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and coordination of 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
  • Review, interpret, and adjust architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings as needed.
  • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of detailed shop drawings in compliance with project and client standards.
  • Request, organize, and manage architectural CAD files and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Review and implement design revisions based on feedback and approval processes.
  • Ensure all drawings meet quality standards, codes, and project requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage drawing submissions, approvals, and version control.
  • Verify and cross-check all documents and CAD files for consistency and completeness.
  • Optimize CAD files for construction, fabrication, and presentation purposes.
  • Stay current with CAD software developments and best practices.
  • Provide leadership, technical guidance, and progress updates to upper management.
  • Perform other ongoing administrative tasks as needed to support operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong and clear communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, internal leaders, providers, and potential clients.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) with a solid understanding of architectural and construction drawings, Window drawings preferably.
  • Experience with additional CAD software such as Revit, SolidWorks, or SketchUp is a plus.
  • Excellent ability to interpret, review, and coordinate complex technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Advanced knowledge of drafting standards, detailing, and documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, resolve issues, and ensure project accuracy.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities to manage interactions between clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and design integrity across all project deliverables.
  • Proactive, confident, and capable of identifying and addressing architectural or technical inconsistencies.
  • Proven experience in architecture, construction, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with CAD software updates and industry best practices.
  • Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
