Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Remote Real Estate Analyst and Executive Assistant to support the Director of Financing & Acquisition in evaluating development projects and preparing high-quality materials for lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders. This role involves analyzing financial structures, researching market data, structuring deals, and creating professional presentations that clearly communicate project viability and investment value. The ideal candidate can translate complex information into polished underwriting packages, work independently, think critically, and ensure accuracy across all financial data and documentation. This position requires strong communication skills, solid real estate finance knowledge, and the ability to produce investor-ready materials with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare underwriting packages for lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze development projects and financial structures to support decision-making.
  • Create clear graphics, presentations and underwriting analyses for multiple developments.
  • Structure deals with accuracy and strategic clarity for effective presentation.
  • Research market data, lender requirements, zoning, and comparable projects.
  • Produce investor- and lender-ready materials, including pitch decks and summaries.
  • Turn complex information into polished corporate presentations.
  • Write concise summaries explaining deal structure and financial outlook.
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, investors, and internal teams as needed.
  • Apply critical thinking to solve problems and fill information gaps.
  • Ensure accuracy across all numbers, formulas, and projections.
  • Perform other tasks related to the role.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, leadership, providers, and clients.
  • Experience in real estate underwriting, finance, or development analysis.
  • Solid understanding of real estate financial structures, loan terms, and investor requirements.
  • Ability to turn data and deal details into clear summaries and professional presentations.
  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and research skills.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with lenders, investors, or clients (preferred).
  • Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), preferred.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
