For our client, one of the leading companies in the retail industry, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced District Manager with strong leadership skills and proven retail management expertise. The ideal candidate is a proactive, result-driven professional with excellent people management abilities and a solid understanding of retail operations, committed to driving growth and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Staff ready for customer in the district by securing

    • That the district is focused on maximizing sales

    • Always exceeding customer expectations

    • Commercial staff planning

    • Great Store Management through

      • A strong pipeline at all levels

      • Recruitment of result-oriented and sales driven staff

      • Following the onboarding concept in all aspects

      • Continuous development and retention of the Store Managers and Store Manager Trainees

  • District ready for customer by securing

    • A visit to each store at least once per month

    • The optimal internal organisation

    • Attractive and commercial stores according to concept and guidelines

    • Stores readiness by the deadline for each season

    • Local Work Environment rules/standards are followed

    • A close cooperation with Store Concept Manager and Development Manager during store activities being responsible for the retail related tasks

  • Optimize and initiate improvements in district through

    • Improving performance on decided KPIs and relevant costs

    • Implementing new tools and relevant actions from Business Plan

    • Having a high level of knowledge of all retail tools
