FINANCE MANAGER

Location: Western North Macedonia (Bitola / Struga / Ohrid / Kicevo)

About the Company

An international manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the full finance function, including accounting, controlling, and financial planning, within a dynamic and modern industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full accounting and financial controlling function
• Drive budgeting processes, including annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and financial estimations
• Prepare and manage bonus schemes, variable compensation structures, and accruals
• Monitor financial KPIs and deliver accurate and timely management reports
• Conduct cost monitoring and analysis, including variance analysis and cost center management
• Oversee project controlling, investments, CAPEX planning, and profitability analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and international financial standards
• Work with ERP systems (SAP – FI/CO preferred) and utilize analytical tools for reporting and insights

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Strong knowledge of both accounting and controlling (combined role)
• Experience in an international company; experience in free economic zones is considered an advantage
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, bonus systems, and cost tracking
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
