For our client a leading omni-channel, multi-brand and direct-to-consumer retailer with significant scale and reach across Central and Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Product Specialist, in Prishtina.

Responsibilites:

• Monitoring industry trends, competing products, and technological innovations to drive new developments.
• Proposing the development of new products based on market trends, customer demands, and technological advancements.
• Analyzing product features to ensure development feasibility, functionality, and competitiveness in the market.
• Researching and recommending materials, components, parts, or design modifications to improve product quality, durability, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluating production processes and the use of materials to propose more efficient alternatives while maintaining product quality.
• Conducting product testing and comparative analyses with competitors to ensure performance, efficiency, and fulfillment of customer expectations.
• Ensuring that all proposed improvements and changes comply with regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Continuously analyzing existing product characteristics and performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collecting and analyzing complaints, feedback, and return data to identify recurring issues and new customer needs.
• Collaborating with relevant departments and quality assurance teams to implement changes that improve product efficiency and quality.
• Preparing detailed reports on product performance, testing results, customer feedback analysis, and proposed improvements.
• Performing any other reasonable duties in accordance with their qualifications and experience, as required by the Group Sales & Marketing Director or company needs.
• Reports to and is directly accountable to the Group Sales & Marketing Director.
