For our client a leading omni-channel, multi-brand and direct-to-consumer retailer with significant scale and reach across Central and Eastern Europe, we are looking for a Marketing & Media Investment Manager in Prishtina.
Responsibilites:
- Manages the marketing team, including: the production manager, copywriters, designers, video editors, marketing specialists, and personnel engaged in campaign execution.
- Oversees and adjusts local pricing, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for products, campaigns, and other projects.
- Coordinates and facilitates the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, ensuring integration across all sales channels.
- Proposes tactics to achieve sales objectives and monitors their execution.
- Advises and assists on marketing-related matters, representing the marketing department to other business channels.
- Coordinates the development of the annual marketing plan and the secondary marketing plan for the respective country.
- Implements the annual brand marketing plan, overseeing the execution of all marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Supervises the preparation, adaptation, and production of marketing materials for the designated teams.
- Ensures that marketing campaigns across all channels align with the brand strategy and positioning, presenting campaign plans to other colleagues.
- Oversees the adaptation and production of marketing materials, ensuring that design and production comply with the brands strategic guidelines.
- Builds and manages a successful marketing execution team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Identifies and plans staffing needs within the marketing execution team.
- Participates in the recruitment process for marketing positions, ensuring the selection of the most suitable candidates for the respective roles.
- Oversees the onboarding and training process for new team members.
- Approves leave requests and days off for subordinate employees in accordance with local legislation and company guidelines.
- Organizes regular meetings with the team to discuss best practices, sales strategies, and plans for the upcoming period.
- Monitors compliance with job descriptions, regulations, and other internal documents, conducting clarification discussions with employees when necessary.
- Oversees disciplinary measures and termination notices for team members.
- Motivates and encourages the team to achieve planned objectives.
- Ensures the continuous professional development of the team by providing mentoring and training to improve skills.
- Participates in other projects and administrative tasks as instructed by the Managing Director.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with health, safety, legality, and working condition standards in the workplace for all assigned teams.
- Maintains the confidentiality of company data, information, and results.
- Performs any other reasonable duties in accordance with their qualifications and experience, as required by the Managing Director or company needs.
- Reports to and is directly accountable to the Managing Director.
