Job Description

  • Lead and develop the team: Mentor our customer support agents, providing them with guidance, feedback, and the tools necessary for success.
  • Improve processes: Create and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of our support.
  • Analyze results: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure the customer's voice is always heard.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Proactivity, results-orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
