For our client, international telecommunication group ONE Macedonia, we are looking for:

OFFICE ASSISTANT 

The Office assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting company leadership, and creating an efficient and professional work environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication skills , and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing company. The Office assistant will play a key role in shaping office processes, supporting staff, and contributing to the company's growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support onboarding and HR processes by preparing materials and updating records.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when needed.
  • Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
  • Help ensure compliance with office procedures, policies, and safety requirements.
  • Provide support to different departments (operations, finance, customer service) as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall office efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience (telecom/tech sector a plus).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • A team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
