HR & ADMIN MANAGER
What you would be doing
The role has the following key responsibilities:
- Strategic workforce planning and organization design development to reach the business targets in line with the business strategy;
- Total Reward compensation and benefits strategy that informs, retains and engages talents at all levels of the
business; - Recruitment strategy for restaurant and above restaurant level;
- Responsible for Employer Brand, Employee Value Proposition & its internal and external communication;
- Responsible for the content of the online training system;
- Supports culture including its principles in success routines, the People Skills Cycle, job evaluation skills, and
regulating the recruitment process; - Establish and/or implement effective engagement plans to ensure long-term awareness, use and involvement of key strategic HR initiatives;
- Develops people while creating training systems;
HR Administration; - Leads the culture of recognition, the culture of learning and motivation to make changes (coaching)
Who we are looking for
A person in this position should have:
- Working knowledge of basic computer programs, such as MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others;
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize certain tasks and projects appropriately;
- Great communication skills, along with complete knowledge of how to communicate through phone, email, internal memos, and more;
- Knowledge of HR processes, and recordkeeping (Preferably);
- Ability to work as a team member, assisting other HR personnel with their tasks;
- Great problem-solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks;
- To be familiar with North Macedonian labor law;
- Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Management or in a related field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in HR or in any related jobs (Preferably);
