The Headhunter LTD in Albania, a daughter company of The Headhunter Karriera LLC USA, is recruiting on behalf of its client – a newly established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization experiencing significant growth. Our client delivers end-to-end business solutions to a global portfolio of companies and is seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to strengthen their talent acquisition function.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be the driving force behind attracting and securing top talent for a high-volume BPO operation in Albania. You will manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, build strong relationships with hiring managers across multiple business lines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to offer acceptance — in full compliance with Albanian Labour Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-level and specialist roles across BPO departments (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management)
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop job profiles, define ideal candidate criteria, and align on recruitment strategy for high-volume BPO positions
  • Source candidates proactively through Albanian and regional job boards (e.g., Gjirafa Jobs, LinkedIn), networking, referrals, and talent databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct structured phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview panels, collect feedback, and facilitate debrief sessions with hiring teams
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS
  • Draft and post compelling job advertisements in Albanian and/or English across relevant platforms
  • Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with Albanian Labour Law (Kodi i Punës) and anti-discrimination legislation
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear, timely, and professional communication at every stage
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates)
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support diversity and inclusion hiring goals
  • Stay current with the Albanian labour market and BPO talent acquisition best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • 2–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a BPO, shared services, or high-volume recruitment environment in Albania
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • HR certification or progress toward one is an asset

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and local Albanian job boards
  • Solid understanding of Albanian Labour Law (Kodi i Punës), employment contracts, and equitable hiring practices

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers across multiple business lines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Albanian; professional English is a strong asset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced BPO setting
