Our client, a regional leader in the production of steel radiators, wood heating boilers and pellet stoves, is looking for a Production Manager, in Prishtina.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Coordinate production teams and monitor workforce performance.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of metal processing machinery.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.
• Monitor production efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support production planning and coordinate with other departments when required.
• Review technical drawings and provide production-related guidance to the team.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the metal processing industry.
• Experience supervising production teams.
• Good knowledge of metal processing machinery and production processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and SolidWorks.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
