We are partnering with a specialized software engineering company building custom, large-scale digital solutions, primarily within the public sector.
This is not a traditional HR role. We are looking for someone who will become the heart of the team — driving culture, engagement, and the overall employee experience.
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will own the full employee lifecycle — from attracting and hiring talent to ensuring the team stays engaged, motivated, and supported.
You will work closely with leadership and engineering teams, acting as a trusted partner for both people and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Team Engagement & Culture
- Drive a positive, inclusive, and motivating team culture
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with employees (bi-weekly)
- Gather and act on employee feedback; escalate insights to leadership
- Organize team events, activities, and internal initiatives
- Lead employee recognition and engagement efforts
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Manage leave, absences, and HR tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
- Maintain HR systems as a single source of truth
Recruitment & Hiring
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process
- Write and publish job ads across platforms
- Manage hiring pipelines and provide updates to leadership
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a great candidate experience
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Required Profile
- 2–3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience across recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT / software / tech environment
- Understanding of technical roles and hiring needs
- Creative mindset for employer branding and internal engagement
- Experience with ATS / HRIS systems (Workable, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Knowledge of local labor law
- Experience with employee surveys and engagement initiatives
Tools & Working Environment
- HR & Recruitment: ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards
- Tracking: HRIS, Notion, Google Sheets (or similar)
- Communication: Slack / Teams, email, regular 1:1s
- Collaboration: Jira / Confluence (cross-team coordination)
