About This Opportunity

The Headhunter LTD in Albania, a daughter company of The Headhunter Karriera LLC USA, is recruiting on behalf of its client – an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization experiencing significant growth. Our client is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated Senior HR Manager to lead their Human Resources department and help shape the people strategy of a scaling global operation.

Position Overview

This pivotal role requires a seasoned HR professional capable of aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep compliance knowledge, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing organizational growth and employee engagement.

Experience Requirement

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management, Senior HR Generalist, or equivalent corporate HR roles is strictly required. Candidates who do not meet this baseline will not be considered.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic HR Planning

Partner with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support long-term business goals, organizational design, and change management initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead executive and high-level recruitment efforts, optimize onboarding methodologies, and manage workforce forecasting to meet operational demands.

Employee Relations & Advocacy

Act as a primary consultant for management and staff regarding workplace issues, conflict resolution, performance improvements, and disciplinary actions.

Performance Management

Design, implement, and evaluate structured performance appraisal systems, ensuring continuous feedback loops and robust career path mapping.

Total Rewards & Compensation

Supervise salary structuring, merit pools, and competitive benefits benchmarking to ensure retention of top-tier talent.

Compliance & Risk Management

Maintain full compliance with Albanian Labour Law (Kodi i Punës) and applicable employment regulations, maintain workplace policy handbooks, and conduct internal HR audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent) are highly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong command of enterprise data management tools and HR reporting
  • Solid working knowledge of Albanian Labour Law, employment contracts, and statutory compliance obligations
