Our client, a regional leader in the production of steel radiators, wood heating boilers and pellet stoves, is looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor, in Prishtina

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company's finance and accounting activities.
• Supervise and support the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary accounting records.
• Prepare payroll and ensure accurate processing of employee-related payments.
• Monitor, reconcile, and record bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare and submit tax declarations in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal procedures.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Experience in construction, services, trading, and/or manufacturing businesses is an advantage.
• Experience working with ProData and Rikont software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
