Our client is seeking 2 (two) experienced Factory Managers to oversee daily production operations of concrete structures and prefabricated elements in its factories in Mitrovica and Gjilan. This role involves managing production capacity, planning operations, coordinating with technical and logistics departments, and ensuring quality and efficiency at all stages of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise production activities.
• Manage factory staff and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Optimize the use of materials and equipment.
• Provide regular reports on performance and production.
• Collaborate with technical and senior management teams to improve processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related fields).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in production management, preferably in construction or precast concrete manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of industrial processes and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with ERP or production management systems (preferred).
