Our client, a fast-growing SaaS PropTech company headquartered in Prishtina, with operations focused mainly in Switzerland and mission to transform the real estate industry by providing innovative, user-friendly digital solutions that streamline property management, transactions, and customer experiences, is looking for a Product Owner (PU) with UI/UX Expertise.

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo (serving clients primarily in Switzerland)

Job Overview:

The Product Owner (PU) with strong UI/UX expertise will lead the development of intuitive, scalable, and impactful SaaS products in the PropTech sector and will bridge business needs with design and technology, ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value to customers while offering a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Switzerland and the product/engineering team in Prishtina to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions.
• Design and validate user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure simple and effective user experiences.
• Analyze user feedback, market trends, and data to continuously improve product usability and performance.
• Lead product development through Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing usability, functionality, and business impact.
• Oversee product QA and testing: verify new features, ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria, and maintain product quality standards.
• Report, document, and prioritize bugs in collaboration with the development team, ensuring timely resolution and continuous product improvement.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Passion for creating user-centric digital products.

Good to have:

• Basic knowledge of French (for collaboration with Swiss clients).
• Experience in PropTech or real estate-related solutions.
• Familiarity with product analytics and usability testing tools.
