Our client, a fast-growing SaaS PropTech company headquartered in Prishtina, with operations focused mainly in Switzerland and mission to transform the real estate industry by providing innovative, user-friendly digital solutions that streamline property management, transactions, and customer experiences, is looking for a Fullstack Developer.

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo (serving clients primarily in Switzerland)

Position Type: Full-time / Permanent

Job Overview:

The Fullstack Developer will play a key role in the development of innovative SaaS products for the PropTech industry and will contribute to both frontend and backend development, ensure product quality through automated testing, and collaborate with a dynamic international team to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Contribute to the conception and development of digital products, working on both backend and frontend features.
• Requirements Analysis: Participate in analyzing business and technical requirements to propose effective technical solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet client and business requirements through testing and validation.
• Support & Incident Management: Provide technical support and resolve incidents to ensure product reliability.
• Technology Watch: Stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies to integrate innovative solutions.
• Agile Collaboration: Contribute to project planning, monitoring, and delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge Sharing: Participate in team events and contribute to building best practices.

Tech Stack:

• Core Technologies: Next.js, Strapi, React Native, Ruby on Rails
• Tools & Services: Docker, GitHub, Linux servers, cloud platforms

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
• Solid expertise in both backend and frontend development.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Good to have:

• Experience with PropTech solutions or SaaS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of French (to support collaboration with Swiss clients).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo.
