For our client, well established international group, we are looking for: 

AREA MANAGER 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for EKO petrol stations in the relevant area;
  • Participates in BP preparation and monitors implementation of the Retail Fuel BP and strategy in the relevant area, closely cooperating with other departments;
  • Participates in the preparation of the Contract between EKO and partner Company for managing petrol station in the relevant area;
  • Regularly visits the relevant area, provides detailed reports, proposes corrective actions and follows up the implementation;
  • Controls implementation of COMO contracts for the relevant area;
  • Controls the implementation of the Retail Operational Procedures (SOP) for running EKO petrol stations in the relevant area;
  • Regularly reports site visits and issues noted, communicating to relevant sectors in charge;
  • Collects and organizes reliable information on the competition in the relevant area and informs the superiors;
  • Provides assistance to the relevant Director, in order to develop a network by proposing relevant opportunities (relevant plots or existing petrol stations) in their area;
  • Regularly addresses any HSSE issue in implementation of safety standards of the company;
  • Prepares retail project proposals and monitors implementation for the approved projects;
  • Proposing micro pricing strategy and daily pricing monitoring for the stations in the relevant area;
  • Participates in the process of gaining new discount segment customers in the relevant area;
  • Actively participates in creation of sales improvement projects such as active sales, incentiveschemes;
  • Coordinates with retail administration and other departments for the proper and in time deliveries of ordered equipment, uniforms, etc;
  • At all times abides by Company policies and legislation on safety, financial and corporate governance matters;
  • Performs other tasks in the field of professional qualification given by the superior.

REQURED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree of Economics, Business, Technical background;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Relevant work experience in sales or retail, in the field and managing retail teams;
  • English Language;
  • MS Office skills;
  • Driving license B category – active driver.
