For our Bulgaria office, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team.
Job Summary
As a Junior Recruitment Specialist, you will support the recruitment team in delivering end-to-end hiring solutions for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop strong sourcing and candidate management skills within an international recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Assist in identifying and attracting candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Conduct initial candidate screenings and support senior recruiters during interviews and assessments.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.

Stay informed about labor market trends and recruitment best practices.

Assist with job offer preparation and onboarding activities.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or final-year student).
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or a similar people-focused role (internship experience is a plus).

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Basic knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job portals (training will be provided).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Fluency in English; Bulgarian is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
