We are seeking a proactive and commercially oriented Retail Coordinator for our client, who will be responsible for overseeing and improving the performance of their retail stores in Kosovo.
This role combines team leadership, operational excellence, and commercial execution, with a strong focus on increasing sales, optimizing store operations, and ensuring consistent brand standards across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance of retail stores across the Kosovo region through effective coordination and control of daily operations;
- Lead, support, and develop store teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence;
- Monitor and analyze store performance, KPIs, and costs, identifying opportunities for improvement;
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational procedures;
- Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines, campaigns, and visual merchandising standards;
- Coordinate promotional and sales activities in collaboration with marketing and other departments;
- Oversee inventory levels, stock management, and replenishment to optimize product availability;
- Support e-commerce operations by ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment from retail stores;
- Assist in new store openings and coordinate with internal teams (IT, logistics, finance, marketing, etc.);
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and accuracy of store documentation;
- Prepare regular reports, analyses, and performance insights for management;
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of retail staff;
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when needed;
- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of company policies and procedures.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or a similar role;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Commercial mindset with focus on sales, KPIs, and profitability;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Kosovo region;
- Ability to manage multiple locations in a dynamic environment;
- Experience with visual merchandising and retail standards is a plus;
- Good command of English;
- Valid Category B driving license.
