For our client, one of Europe's leading transport and logistics companies, we are looking for a German-speaking Automotive Data & Operations Specialist based in Skopje.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent German language skills to support daily operations related to vehicle data, documentation, and communication with automotive workshops and business partners in Germany.

The role combines data processing, document verification, coordination, and communication, requiring a high level of accuracy and confidence when working across different systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with automotive workshops and business partners in Germany.
• Enter, update, and maintain vehicle-related information in internal systems.
• Review and verify documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate.
• Process numerical and vehicle-related data according to established procedures.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up when necessary.
• Coordinate information between German-speaking partners and internal teams.
• Work across multiple software systems and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines.

Requirements

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good computer literacy and confidence working with different software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
• Comfortable working with numbers and structured information.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in automotive, administration, data processing, logistics, or a similar environment is an advantage.
