Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations of the company and support executive management in driving growth, efficiency, and profitability. The CFO will be responsible for managing accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls, as well as providing strategic financial guidance for investment and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the CEO and Board.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and financial regulations in Kosovo.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
  • Supervise the finance and accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.
  • Contribute to cost optimization, investment evaluation, and profitability improvement.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior finance roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of IFRS, financial modelling, and management reporting.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, strategic mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
