For our client, a fast-growing company in the gastronomy/restaurant sector in Kosovo, we are looking for a Training Coordinator to support their continued growth by managing and enhancing employee training and development programs.
Location: Prishtina Region
Position Type: Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze staff performance and collaborate with managers to identify training needs.

Prepare a training calendar aligned with the companys strategic objectives.

Organize and coordinate training sessions, selecting trainers and ensuring training materials are available.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback, analyzing results, and improving future programs.

Manage documentation, recording participants, costs, results, and certificates issued.

Collaborate with other departments and external training providers.

Ensure all training programs comply with HR policies and relevant legislation.

Contribute to the professional development of staff through tailored programs.

Regularly report on training progress and impact to management.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating training or HR development programs.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
