For our client, a fast-growing company in the gastronomy/restaurant sector in Kosovo, we are looking for a Training Coordinator to support their continued growth by managing and enhancing employee training and development programs.

Location: Prishtina Region
Position Type: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze staff performance and collaborate with managers to identify training needs.

• Prepare a training calendar aligned with the companys strategic objectives.

• Organize and coordinate training sessions, selecting trainers and ensuring training materials are available.

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback, analyzing results, and improving future programs.

• Manage documentation, recording participants, costs, results, and certificates issued.

• Collaborate with other departments and external training providers.

• Ensure all training programs comply with HR policies and relevant legislation.

• Contribute to the professional development of staff through tailored programs.

• Regularly report on training progress and impact to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating training or HR development programs.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
