Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and operations. The CCO will be responsible for overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Brokerage functions, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring strong commercial performance across our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Albanian real estate market, have strong leadership skills, and be highly proficient in managing budgets, targets, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
- Lead and manage the Sales, Marketing, and Brokerage departments to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to define short- and long-term business objectives.
Sales & Brokerage
- Establish an Inhouse sales force to achieve the targets that are agreed with the corporate board.
- Drive real estate sales and leasing performance, ensuring achievement of volume and revenue targets.
- Oversee brokerage activities, including building and managing internal and external broker networks.
- Establish pricing strategies and client negotiation frameworks.
Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to support lead generation, brand positioning, and product launches.
- Oversee digital, print, and on-site marketing initiatives tailored to the Albanian real estate market.
- Collaborate with creative, PR, and media agencies for brand growth and awareness.
- Financial & Market Oversight
- Set commercial targets and budgets; monitor KPIs and financial performance metrics.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities through market trends, customer behaviour, and industry developments.
Team Management & Collaboration
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
- Foster collaboration across departments to align marketing, sales, and operational goals.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and industry events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience in real estate development, sales, or commercial roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the Albanian real estate market and local business regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and leading successful sales/marketing strategies.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
