For our Client, we are looking for:

TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The candidate will drive all commercial and technical activities to ensure revenue growth and market development while maintaining strong relationships with customers. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a market leader's success and take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve sales and profitability.
  • Expand the client base in residential and civil engineering markets.
  • Train and support applicators on Sika systems and products.
  • Ensure the proper use and offer technical support for products in the territory.
  • Plan and execute daily customer visits efficiently.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct technical trainings for applicators, customers, engineers, and architects.
  • Monitor and ensure optimal stock levels and timely re-orders.
  • Collaborate with customers to coordinate activities, ensuring smooth product distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in sales within the construction industry with a proven track record of success.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English and the local language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • A valid drivers license.
