E-commerce Marketing Manager (m/f)

Place work: Podgorica

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to increase customer traffic and boost sales;
• Monitor the development and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as the related processes to ensure they are in line with the overall strategy;
• Assign tasks to individual members of the marketing team, QA all marketing deliverables, and ensure campaigns are completed within schedule;
• Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvements based on your findings;
• Ensure our e-commerce store is regularly updated with new products and promotions ;
• Maintain the integrity of the brand image and consistency of voice across multiple channels to ensure our brand stays top of mind;
• Plan, develop, and oversee the execution of loyalty programs;

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing;
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a similar discipline;
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions;
• Experience with E-commerce platforms;
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools;
