Job Responsibilities:

Represents the company before third parties in accordance with the provisions of the company statute

Implements all provisions and conclusions of the steering assembly

Organizes the business of the company and takes care of the application of acts, procedures and other documents necessary for the normal operation of companies.

Decides on business policies

Prepares annual company reports and profit-sharing proposal

Prepares a monthly business report of the company, which among other things is not related to the situation and the statement of monthly income and the report of specific portfolio data. Prepares and proposes to the board of directors the inventory report of fixed assets

Convenes the company assembly

Decide on all investments in the company

Signs the company documents in this status with the provisions of the company

Represents the company

Decides on other matters for which he is authorized by law or the company statute or on all matters authorized by the board of directors

Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish their own goals;

Creates, develops and implements company strategies;

Evaluates performance and productivity.

Analyzes accounting and financial data in order to develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans

Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives

Maintains project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively

Delegates responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

Assures all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations

Evaluates the work of other executive leaders within the company, including directors, vice managers, and managers

Responsible for overall operations and resources of the company and its development


Who are we looking for?

Bachelors or Advanced (Master) Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

At least 5 years of work experience in management or executive positions;

In-depth understanding of the specific industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape;

Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and investment strategies;

Knowledge of operations management, supply chain, and process improvement;

Leadership skills in motivating, developing, and leading a diverse team;

Knowledge of operations management, supply chain, human resources and process improvement;

Driver's license category B.
