For our client, a multinational leader in the retail industry, we are now looking for a Department Manager based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What you do?

• You are responsible for delivering a Great Customer Experience to grow & engage us customers base and contribute to the Sales and Profit of your store.
• You actively drive sales and profit in your department in line with the brand and Values.
• You lead by example and empower your team to develop themselves and deliver the best customer experience.
• You always meet the expectations of customers and colleagues, as well as following procedures and standards.
• By acting in line with our Values and being a role model, you contribute to your own and Groups business success.
• No matter what your role may be at Group WHAT you do is as important as HOW you do it.

Responsibilities:

Direct customer service

• You support your team to reach goals and increase engagement on our Loyalty Program
• You ensure that the team meets all customer expectations for direct service according to standards
• You listen to all customer feedback and take actions

Indirect customer service

• You secure an efficient and effective garment flow, aiming to increase sales
• You optimize the allocation of garments and products according to business needs
• You secure that all campaigns and activities are set according to standards
• You ensure strong commercial garment presentation together with Visual team

Drive sales and profit targets

• You analyze the sales KPI for your department and understand the impact in your store
• You initiate relevant actions to reach the sales target
• You are responsible to secure that all store operations best practices are respected in your store
• You are responsible to secure the schedule fairness for all colleagues in line with business needs and budget
• You take relevant action to prevent losses

Recruitment, training & development

• You follow up on recruitment needs of your department and store team
• You promote the feedback culture within your store
• You develop your team by providing feedback's, training's, and yearly performance dialogues
• You create positive work atmosphere in line with our Values
