Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager responsible for the development and planning of Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies useful for the company to achieve its set sales objectives. Develops and manages the budget and the Marketing Plan in order to plan the company's promotional activities in collaboration with the Commercial Director, manages sponsorships, draws up market and competitor analyses and coordinates digital advertising campaigns.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Development and coordination of Marketing and Digital Marketing Strategies aimed at sponsoring the company and implementing customers and the company's core business.

2. Draws up market and competitor analyses to define the company's brand positioning.

3. Coordinate the development of the new corporate brand identity, identifying a serious and competent partner who can provide support in graphic and strategic activities.

4. Develops and manages the new corporate Digital Marketing Channels (Social media, website, Google my Business)

5. Management and Development of Budget and Marketing Plan

6. Development and coordination of advertising and digital advertising campaigns.

7. Management of sponsorships and organisation of company events and fairs

8. Prepare and develop content for articles, press releases, newsletters.

9. Monitor, analyse, evaluate and report the effectiveness and impact of digital marketing campaigns, which are conducted internally or in collaboration with the advertising company, in order to maximize results and offer complete reporting to Management;

10. Lead generation (Manage and implement new leads in collaboration with the sales director.

11. Coordination of any photo shoots

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Aptitude for research, innovation and sharing new proposals
  • Strategic vision for brand development
  • Good relational and communication skills and public speaking
  • Good command of the English language
  • Ability to use Office package tools
  • Excellent knowledge of the main digital marketing channels and tools (Social media, Business Manager, Mail chip, Canva etc.)
  • Aptitude for problem solving.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of experience in similar roles in the Marketing department of a well-organised company, preferably multinational;

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

1. Graduated in Business Economics or Marketing

2. Excellent knowledge of the English language.

4. Good knowledge of analysis tools
