For our client, a fast-growing, world-renowned IT company from Montenegro are looking for:

                                            QA Engineer (M/F)

About your position

• Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure software quality;
• Identify, document, and thoroughly report bugs and glitches;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve product functionality;
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures;
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential issues;
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to QA testing methodologies;
• Prepare Test Design Calendars based on technical documentations to ensure test execution will strongly meet business requirements;
• Ability to undergo and deal with full internal defect reviews related to their severity & priorities in order to ensure their resolution is prioritized based on their impact on the system.

Job requirements

• Previous experience as a QA Engineer or similar role;
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow test cases and procedures;
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Obtaining QA certifications will be considered as a plus;
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a QA Engineer or similar role;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Meticulous attention to detail to follow test cases and procedures;
• Efficient time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results;
• Ability to provide clear, detailed, and concise reports on testing outcomes.
