On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior Business Development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Quatar.

This position is opened for candidates that live in the following countries: North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Job Purpose:

Lead and optimize sales activities within the assigned market, focusing on delivering exceptional Digital Learning Solutions and fulfilling customer needs. Develop strategic plans to expand the customer base and contribute to the creation of training and educational programs for clients.

This role emphasizes building strong client relationships, providing ongoing support, and consulting on e-learning programs. Collaborate with the operations/training department to develop strategies for maximizing product utilization, identifying opportunities for contract expansions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Client Prospecting: Conduct research, make calls, and identify potential clients. Prioritize prospects, identify key contacts, and gather comprehensive information.
  • Relationship Building: Meet with contacts, identify opportunities, complete assessments, build relationships, deliver product capabilities, and uncover client pain points.
  • CRM Management: Update the CRM daily with sales activities and submit monthly pipelines to the Head of Department.
  • Solution Presentation: Present proposed solutions, demonstrate benefits, highlight unique product features, address pain points, and seek feedback.
  • Proposal Management: Obtain pre-approval from the Center Head for formal proposals, quotes, license agreements, or contracts. Share proposals with clients, request feedback, and make necessary modifications.
  • Contract Finalization: Present final proposals, gain verbal approvals, finalize contracts, manage the contract signature process, receive purchase orders, and complete all required paperwork.
  • Training and Adoption: Organize pre/post-adoption presentations and conduct product training sessions to support client adoption.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to ensure clients effectively use e Learning resources.
  • Third-Party Communication: Communicate with third parties (suppliers, vendors, freelancers, contractors) only with pre-approval from the Head of Department on a case-by-case basis.
  • Progress Reporting: Follow up on delivery and evaluation, providing the Head of Department with progress reports on client activities.
  • Product and Service Enhancement: Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Investigate problems, develop solutions, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management to resolve customer complaints.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in the Digital Learning Industry.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in IT, IS, Business, or a related field.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Digital Learning fundamentals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Telephone Skills: Professional telephone mannerisms for providing support.
