Multilingual operator for international assistance companies operating in the health and

technical sector (roadside assistance).

The operator shall:

Open the support tickets

Manage and organize your support

Talk to the customer (Phone, Email, Whatsapp)

Contact the supplier based on the geolocation of the customer and the type of

assistance

It requires knowledge of:

Italian/English

Spanish/English

French/English

Using PC

Use of Office Package
